What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrivals are from 2.30pm and departure before 12.00. However, it is possible to request a "late check-out" in low season for a fee of 9.50€ and only after approuval of the reception.
Can we arrive after the reception closes?
Il est en effet possible d'arriver après les horaires de fermeture de l'accueil.
Pour cela merci de nous appeler le jour ou la veille de votre arrivée et nous vous communiquerons la procédure d'arrivée tardive. (Arrivée avant 22.00 impérative!)
How late can we enter the campsite with a vehicle?
Gates are open until 10.30pm
Beyond that, please leave your vehicle in the outdoor parking (accessible with yous access card) in order to respect the calm of the campsite.

Are minors allowed?
Group of unaccompanied minors are not allowed in the campsite.
What is the minimum number of night to make a reservation?
2 nights minim in law season and 7 nights for a stay in July and August.
It is also possible for you to come, without reservation, during the opening periods of the reception, we will however not be able to guarantee you availability.

Pitches
What is the maximum number of person per pitch?
The number of person is limited to 6 per pitch (including children and babies).
Can we invite family or friends during our stay?
It is possible for you to receive a daytime visit on you pitch provided you declare your guests and pay the tax provided for this purpose to the reception. A bracelet will be given to them for the day.
It is also possible to host family or friends to campon your pitch, as long as you do not exceed the 6 person limit. Guests staying on the campsite will need to pre check in at reception to obtain their bracelets and pay for their stay.
Are dogs allowed in the campsite?
Dogs are admitted in compliance with the french regulations on dangerous dogs..
The number of dogs is limited to 3 per pitch and a fee of 2.00€ per dog will be charged (the price does not depending on the weight of the animal). The vaccination record of the animal may be requested upon arrival.
Dogs and other animals must never be left at large. They must not be locked up in the absence of their master who is civilly responsible. Soiling must be immediately cleaned by their owner within and around the campsite. Canine dropping bags are at your disposal at the entrance of the campsite.
Animals are strictly prohibited in sanitary blocks!
Is it possible to barbecue on the pitch?
Charcoal barbecues are not permitted on pitches for fire safety reasons.
Gas or electric barbecue are allowed.
A collective barbecue area is at your disposal at the entrance of the camspite.
Can a second vehicle be placed on the pitch?
Only one vehicle is included on your pitch! If you want to put a second vehicle on your pitch or in the indoor parking of the campsite, an extra of 3€/day will be charged.
An outdoor parking is also at you disposal if you need and within the limits of available places.
How many vehicles are allowed per pitch?
You may not exceed 2 vehicles per pitch!
What kind of plug should be provided for an electrical connection?
If you want to connect to electricity during your stay, please provide an extension cord and an adper for European plugs (P17 mâle)

Can we have water directly on the pitch and is it included in the price?
The camping pitches do not have individual water points. Several water points are distributed in different places of the campsite allowing yuo to fill your jerricans.
Facilities of the campsite
Is there a laundry on the campsite?
A laundry area composed of two washing machines and a dryer is available to campers in the sanitary blocks.
Tockens are on sale at the reception.
Is the campsite equipped with WLAN?
An area of the campsite, located close to the reception and near the conviviality room, is equipped with WLAN (free and unlimited connection).
Can we rent a fridge?
We don't have fridge for rent.
Is it possible to rent bicycles at the campsite?
The campsite has a bicycle rental service on site, upon reservation.
What are the activities organised by the campsite?
The campsite does not oragnize any activities but a playground (pétanque, palet...) is at your disposal, as well as a playground for children.
Are there any shops in the campsite?
There is no shops inside the campsite, a bread depot is offered every morning at the reception, in order only!
Near the campsite
What are the nearest shops?
A first supermarket (INTERMARCHE) is located 1.2km from the campsite, accessible on foot by the coastal path.
A second one (SUPER U) is 3.5km away by car or 2.8km on foot.
The village center and its shops are 2 km from the campsite, as is the Port du Crouesty with its shops and restaurants..
Is Port Navalo harbour far from the campsite?
Port Navalo, with its departure to the islands, is only 750m from the campsite and accessible on foot.

What are the markets in the sector?
The municipality of Arzon offers 3 weekly markets:
On monday morning in Port du Crouesty, on tuesday morning in Arzon Village and on friday morning in Port Navalo.
Others municipality around also offer their markets (Sarzeau, St Gildas de Rhuys etc...) detailed list available at the reception.
How far is the nearest beach?
The nearest beach, PortSable Beach, is located just below, with direct access from the campsite.
