Rhuys Peninsula on foot!


With the GR34, that passes at the bottom of the campsite you are at the right place to discover the Presqu'île which is a favorable terrain to enjoy the pleasures of hiking.

It offers marked circuits between the beaches of fine sand, ocean side and rocky strikes, Gulf side.

More than a hundred kilometers of paths are accessible to knowledgeable hikers, but also to beginners and families. The trails and hiking trails of this part of the Gulf of Morbihan will make you cross the different communes of the Peninsula.

Rhuys peninsula by bikes

 

The Golfe du Morbihan is a real cycling land. Here, all subjects of the little queen find pedal at their feet! The cycling routes combine seaside roads, bike paths, micro-slopes (forget big climbs, it's not our place!) and boat crossings...

The Rhuys Peninsula has a real cycling network of 73km, marked by small roads and rural paths. It serves the entire Peninsula with an east-west axis from St Armel to Arzon and access to St Gildas de Rhuys, St Jacques and le Tour-du-Parc.

Rhuys Peninsula beaches


If you are looking for large bays of fine sand, you will certainly find your happiness in Rhuys Peninsula , on the Atlantic side. Presqu’île de Rhuys , côté façade atlantique. 

Morever all the inhabitants of the Gulf have their little beach just a few steps away from home where they can come and smell the iodized air of the open sea or, for the time of a walk contemplate the islands that bathe on the horizon. When the sun points tip of its ray, the beach towels come to color this sand a little bigger than in Peninsula, certainly, but covered with water up to 2 degrees warmer than offshore!

Leasure combining the useful with the pleasant, foot fishing make the hapiness of young and old. Practiced between land and sea on the shore, this part of the coastline that is covered and discovered along the tides, each part of foot fishing brings you its share of surprises and discovery. Shellfish and crustaceans await lovers of foot fishing.
