Timings

What are the check-in and check-out times ?

For pitches, arrivals are from 2:30 p.m. and departures before 12:00 p.m. (2:00 p.m. off season

For rental accommodation (Chalet, Bungalow toilé, Cabanétape), arrival is from 4.00 pm and departure before 10.00 am.

However, during the low season, you have the option to request a ‘late check-out’ for an additional
 fee of €9.50, subject to approval from the reception

Can I arrive after reception has closed ?

It is possible to arrive after reception has closed.
Kindly give us a call on the day of your arrival or the day prior, and we
 will provide you with details regarding the late arrival procedure. (It is crucial to arrive before 10:00 p.m.!)

What is the latest time for vehicle entry into the campsite ?

The barriers operate until 10:30 p.m.
Beyond that, please leave your vehicle in the separate car park (accessible with your access badge)
 in order to respect the peace and quiet of the campsite.

Access Conditions

Are minors accepted ?

Groups of minors unaccompanied by adults are not permitted on the campsite!

What is the maximum number of people per pitch ?

The maximum number of people per pitch is 6 (including children and babies).

What is the minimum length of stay for a booking ?

Pour les locations de chalet et Bungalow toilé “Cambodgia 15”, hors juillet-août les réservations sont effectives pour 2 nuits minimum (3 nuits à Pâques, à l’Ascension et à La Pentecôte). En Juillet et en Août il faut 7 nuits minimum.

Pour les emplacements de camping, les Cabanétapes et le Bungalow toilé “Cambodgia 7”, les séjours et réservations sont possibles à partir d’une nuit.

Is it possible to bring a second vehicle onto the pitch ?

Only one vehicle is included on your pitch! If you wish to park a second vehicle on your pitch or in the campsite car park, a supplement of  €5/day will be charged.
 A separate car park is also available if you wish and subject to availability.

A noter que les Cabanétapes et le Bungalow toilé “Cambodgia 7” ne comprennent pas de de véhicule mais il est possible d’ajouter un véhicule avec supplément.

VACAF & CAF Vouchers

We are approved by VACAF (please provide your reference number), but we do
 not accept CAF vouchers.

Are dogs allowed on the campsite ?

Dogs are allowed in compliance with regulations on dangerous dogs.
 The number of dogs is limited to 3 per pitch and you will be charged €2.00 per animal (the rate does not vary according to the weight of the animal). You may be asked to show your pet’s
 vaccination record on arrival.

 Dogs and other animals must never be allowed to roam free. They should not be confined in the absence of their owner, who bears civil responsibility for them. Any faeces or litter must be cleaned up immediately by the owner in and around the campsite. Dog waste bags are available at the campsite entrance and exit.

Pets are strictly forbidden in the toilet blocks.

Campsite services

Are there any shops on the campsite ?

There are no shops inside the campsite, but bread is available every morning at reception, by order only.

Does the campsite have Wi-Fi?

An area of the campsite near reception and the social room is equipped with
 Wi-Fi (free, unlimited connection).

Is there a launderette on the campsite?

A laundry area with two washing machines and two tumble dryers is available to campers in the toilet blocks. Tokens are on sale at reception.
Dryers can be borrowed from reception (subject to availability).

Can I hire a fridge ?

We do not have fridges for hire.

However, the campsite offers the hire of a pitch with a terrace with pergola and a room with shelves, a table-top fridge, a microwave and garden furniture for 6 people.

Is it possible to hire bicycles at the campsite ?

The campsite offers a bike hire service ABBIS on site, subject to booking.

Is it possible to have a barbecue on the pitch ?

For fire safety reasons, charcoal barbecues are not permitted on the pitches. Gas or electric barbecues are permitted.  A communal barbecue area is available at the entrance to the campsite.

Pitches

Is water available on the pitch and is it included in the price ?

Camping pitches do not have individual water points. There are several water points around the campsite where you can fill up your jerry cans for free.

What type of socket should I use for an electrical connection ?

If you wish to use electricity during your stay, please bring an extension lead and an adapter for European P17 male sockets.
 Equipment can be hired from reception (subject to availability). P17 male adaptor on sale at reception.

Nearby

How far is it to the nearest beach ?

The closest beach, Port Sable, is conveniently situated just below the campsite, with direct access from the campsite.

What are the nearest shops ?

A supermarket, situated 1.2 km from the campsite, is within walking distance via the coastal path
 or accessible by bike along the cycle path.
 A second supermarket is 3.5 km away by car or 2.8 km on foot.
 The town centre and its shops are 2 km from the campsite, as is Port du Crouesty with its shops and restaurants.

What markets are held in the area ?

Arzon has 3 weekly markets: on Monday mornings in Port du Crouesty, on Tuesday mornings in the town of Arzon and on Friday mornings in Port Navalo.
 The other towns in the area also have their own markets (Sarzeau, St Gildasde Rhuys etc.) A detailed list is available from reception
