TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RESERVATION

Article 1 : Booking

All bookings imply acceptance of the rules and regulations of the Port Sable*** Municipal Campsite and of the conditions set out below. All bookings are by name only and may not be transferred or sublet. In the event of a dispute, the administrative court of Rennes shall have sole jurisdiction. The reservation is only effective after confirmation and receipt of the deposit by the manager.

  • On reservation

Payment of a deposit* of 30% of the total cost of the stay by cheque, holiday vouchers or credit card (payment by telephone or via our website). Except for one-night stays, payment in full.

*Deposit: cancellation of the booking will result in the loss of the amount paid but does not oblige you to fulfil the contract (payment of the total stay).

The balance of the stay must be paid the day before your departure.

Article 2 : early departure and cancellation of booked holiday

  • Cancellation: by post or e-mail at least 24 hours before the arrival date stated in the booking contract.
  • No discount will be granted for late arrival or early departure, even if the campsite has been notified.
  • In the event of cancellation of a stay, the deposit is forfeited, except in the event of ill-health on presentation of a medical certificate.

Article 3 : Arrival and departure times

You can choose the day of arrival and departure.

Arrival from 2 pm and departure before 12 noon. Camping per night from 2pm to 12am. Extended stays are only possible on request and subject to availability. In the event of late arrival, please notify reception as soon as possible. The reservation will be held 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date. After this time, the reservation will be cancelled.

Article 4 : Pitch

The location is determined according to the requirements of the reservation schedules by the manager or his representative.

Article 5 : Pets

Pets are allowed on this campsite. Dogs are allowed for a fee per night and per animal. They must be vaccinated (anti-rabies up to date) and tattooed or chipped. You will be asked for your vaccination certificate on arrival. We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that, in accordance with Law 99-5 of 6 January 1999, first-category dogs are not allowed on the campsite premises. Second-category dogs are allowed on presentation of a dog licence, but must always be muzzled and kept on a lead by an adult.

Article 5 : Personal data

The information collected on this form is recorded in a computer file used by the Campsites department to facilitate the management of stays and histories, measure your satisfaction and keep you informed. In accordance with the ‘RGPD’ law, you can exercise your right to access your personal data and have it corrected or deleted by contacting: [email protected]
